Jackson loves nothing more than sitting in Paw Paw’s lap watching TV, and Christian loves nothing more than playing Rummy at night with Maw Maw. They left this morning and we already miss them, well, except Lucy. I don’t miss that little bitch one bit. Only kidding Mom! Sort of.

Mom was going to board their dog while they were gone, but I figured Lucy would have a much better time with us, and it would be one less thing for them to worry about. So…for the next few days, we have another little family member. Mom and Dad left specific instructions about her diet, and her schedule, even some information regarding green beans for breakfast and such. Christian saw us feed her and got all upset because that wasn’t the way to do it. “But Dad, you’re supposed to hand feed her like Pawpaw does!” Oh, uh, ok.20080622_3649 Lulu is so excited about Lucy being here. She wants to play with her so bad. Lucy wants to play, too, but she is a little scared of Lulu. I have a feeling Lucy is going to have so much fun, she won’t want to go home when they get back. Well, that’s probably not true, Pawpaw hand feeds her, and babies her as much as he does my kids! I mean, have you ever heard of such?? Lucy used to be such a little demon dog, but it has to be said, and I can’t believe I’m saying it…she’s been a dream. We’ve been happy to have her, but you didn’t hear that from me. It would change our whole relationship, so keep it on the down low. Ok? Peace out.
